The Cum part of the game is basically 2d overlay with a tiny bit of drooping down the body after first hitting. What I don't really care about this game however, is the lack of decent voice acting, the pornstars that did their own voices themselves were terrible in comparison to how they sounded when they were getting fucked in their porn.
